Along with your completed application, please provide the following items:
Current Virginia Board of Nursing License
Valid Government Issued Picture ID
Valid Social Security Card
Current CPR Card
Current Tuberculin Test (PPD)
Once your application is approved and your credentials have been verified, we will schedule your New Staff Orientation. New Staff Orientation is held every Tuesday at 10 AM and is approximately 2 hours long. We encourage you to please keep your schedule open on that day. Completion of our New Staff Orientation is imperative, if you wish to work with our patients.
